ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register an FIR on the complaint dated 12.07.2016 given by the petitioner and to investigate the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 12.07.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 22.07.2016. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
