Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing these petitions and these affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.T.DHANYAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of MR.U.KARUNAKARAN, Advocate for the 1st Respondent the court made the following order:- In these miscellaneous petitions, on 15.04.2016, this Court, while referring the appeal suit for mediation, passed an order to the effect that any encumbrance or alienation would be subject to the result of the appeal suit. Thereafter, these matters have been kept pending till this date. Hence, the interim order already granted is made absolute and these petitions are ordered accordingly.
