2. The petitioners are challenging the sale notice. The petitioners are not ready to deposit any amount. The petitioners have a remedy before the Debts Recovery Tribunal. The petitioners may avail the alternate remedy available.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, WMP No.11882 of 2024 is closed.
