On the last hearing date, i.e., on 23.04.2025, Ms.J.Lavanya, learned counsel, who undertook to file vakalat on behalf of the respondents, sought time to file counter affidavit. Despite granting sufficient time, the respondents have not filed their counter affidavit. Hence, the respondents are set exparte by this Court.

2. The applicant is having the benefit of interim injunction since 27.03.2025. This Court, while granting interim injunction, observed that the applicant has made out a prima-facie case, and the balance of convenience and irreparable hardship have also been established by the applicant. Since the respondents are set exparte by this Court, interim 1/3

injunction granted by this Court on 27.03.2025 is made absolute and this application is allowed as prayed for.
