Respondents ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J., As seen from the affidavit filed in support of this application, the applicants infact seek clarification of the order dated 04.11.2024, though the prayer has been worded differently. Since the contents of the affidavit reveal that the applicants are only seeking for clarification of the order passed by this Court on 04.11.2024, which was not passed by me, necessarily, the clarification will have to be sought for only from the Honourable Judge, who had passed the order. Since the prayer does not specifically reveal that it is a prayer, which is seeking for clarification of the order dated 04.11.2024 passed in A.Nos.3986 and 4974 of 2024, this application has to be closed. Since this Court after giving due consideration to the averments contained in the affidavit has come to the conclusion that actually the applicant is seeking only for clarification of the earlier order passed by this Court on 04.11.2024 in A.Nos.3986 and 4974 of 2024.

2. Accordingly, this application is closed. However, liberty is granted to the applicants to seek for clarification before the Honourable Judge, who had passed the order dated 04.11.2024 in A.Nos.3986 and 4974 of 2024 by filing a fresh modification application.
