This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 06.07.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor [Pondy] submits that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending.
4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
