O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to the petitioner to surrender before the lower Court in pursuance with order dated 17.06.2020 made in Crl.O.P.No.8807 of 2020.

2.The Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has complied with a deposit of sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) to the Cancer Institute (WIA) Adayar, Chennai and due to the lockdown and the petitioner was unable to appear before the lower Court.

3.Heard both sides.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the Lower Court as ordered by this Court, from lifting of lockdown or the commencement of Court's normal functioning whichever is earlier, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is ordered.
