Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to include the nominations received as per the acknowledgement dated 09.04.2018 in the valid candidates' list and then only to proceed to conduct the election for the Board of Directors of the 4th respondent Society as per law without rejecting the petitioner's nomination.

O R D E R

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to include the nomination of the petitioner for the election which was scheduled to be held on 23.04.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Learned Government Pleader represents that the election has already been held and results declared and therefore, any grievance shall be agitated only before the Election Tribunal in view of Section 90 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Pleader and the provision under Section 90 of the Act, nothing survives in this writ petition.
