ORDER
Heard Mr.S.Ayyathurai, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.Rajeni Ramadoss, Standing Counsel for the respondent.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the earlier order of this Court dated 07.11.2016 has been complied with and that the retirement benefits have been disbursed to the petitioner.
3. In view of the same, it cannot be said that there is a willful disobedience and hence, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
