(The case has been heard through video conference) When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that FIR has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.10 of 2020.

2. At this juncture, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition.

3. In view of the above submissions, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition by quaoting the crime number.
