ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) The applicant seeks review of the judgment dated 16th October, 2015 passed in W.A.No.861 of 2015.
The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the applicant could not appear in the matter when the appeals were taken up for hearing. There are certain judgments rendered by different High Courts, which could not be brought to the notice of this court and as such, the judgment, dated 16th October, 2015 deserves to be reviewed and set aside. We have considered the submissions of the learned counsel from all angles. We do not find any error apparent on the face of the record. The review applicant has failed to make out a case for review of the judgment dated 16th October, 2015. Thus, the review application stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed. (SATISH K.AGNIHOTRI, J.) (K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.) 17th December 2015 Index : Yes/No vvk
