Respondent (in all WPs) Prayer in WP No.6315 of 2006: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to call for the records of the respondent culminated in proceedings No.76453A/Estt.(Per.)/A2/2004, dated 15.06.2005 and to quash the same and to direct the respondent to determine petitioner's eligible pension taking into consideration of 35 years of service the petitioner had rendered before the retirement, pay all the accrued arrears of pay and pension.

Prayer in WP. 6316 of 2006 : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India call for the records of the respondent culminated in B.P.Ms.52 TWAD Estt(DP) wing dated 02/05/2005.

Prayer in WP Nos.6317 of 2006: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to accord all the promotional, pecuniary and other service benefits accrued to the petitioner in the service during the year 1999 to 2004 by retrospectively giving the promotion to the petitioner to the posts of Superintending Engineer and the Chief Engineer on the dates when the petitioner's junior T.C. Srinivasan was promoted improperly on 01.07.2000 overlooking the petitioner on the reasoning that disciplinary proceedings was pending against the petitioner.

C O M M O N O R D E R When the writ petitions were taken up for hearing on 17.04.2018, there was no representation for the petitioners and hence, the matters were ordered to be posted on 19.04.2018 under the caption 'for dismissal'.

2. Today, even though the matters are listed 'for dismissal', neither the petitioners nor their counsel is present to prosecute the matters. Hence, the Writ petitions are dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
