PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to disconnect the illegal power supply to the said six commercial shops in the electricity supply in sc new number 699 old number 1401 Dindigul Road, Palani B-12, Parvathi Illam, Shanmugapuram, Periyar Salai, Palani said Bungalow and further direct the respondents 1 and 2 to initiate legal action against respondents 3 and 4.

When the matter was listed for hearing on 07.12.2021, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, this Court passed an order, directing the Registry to list the matter on 09.12.2021 under the caption "For Dismissal".

2. Even today, i.e., on 13.12.2021, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioner. Thus, it is evident that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter.
