When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent would submit that this criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the P.R.C.No.16 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate II, Villupuram and quash the same. During the pendency of the case, the case was taken on file by the learned Sessions Judge in S.C.NO.209/2014 and thereafter the case trial was conducted and disposed of. Hence no further adjudication is required.
