Recording the submissions of the learned Senior Counsel for the respondents that the retirement benefits has already been disbursed to the petitioner and he is also receiving the monthly pension, this Court is of the view that there is no disobedience which can be termed as willful on the part of the respondents.
Accordingly, this Contempt petition stands closed. No costs.
