ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent Police to file a final report in Crime No.235 of 2024 dated 13.12.2024 in a time frame manner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the 2nd respondent Police has registered a case in the above said crime number on 13.12.2024, no final report is filed till date.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondent Police shall file a final report within a period of four months.

5. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the 2nd respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the de facto complainant.
