3.The aforesaid entity is added as third respondent and the memo of parties be amended accordingly.

4.On hearing the learned counsel for parties, we direct the third respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 22.04.2015 within a maximum period of one month of receipt of a copy of this order.
