ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition to relax the condition made in Crl.O.P. No.6456 of 202, dated 15.04.2021, that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police station everyday at 10.30 A.M. until further orders.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel for Government of Tamilnadu (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6456 of 2021 dated 15.04.2021, is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every month.
