ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 194 of BNSS Act altered into under Section 108, 56 of BNS Act, 2023, in connection with Crime No.89 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that the case was registered only under Section 194 of BNSS and that it has not been altered; and that therefore, the apprehension of arrest by the petitioner is unfounded.

3. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
