ORDER

The petitioner is a Panchayat Clerk. He is an accused, in Crime No.347 of 2014, along with the President and Vice President of the Panchayat in question. The respondents having found that the petitioner is involved in criminal case, suspended him from service. The order passed by the second respondent, dated 13.8.2013, is still in operation.

The petitioner submitted a representation on 7.10.2014, requesting the second respondent to review the order of suspension. Since there was no follow up action taken by the second respondent, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. The second respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation, dated 7.10.2014, submitted by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner for review of suspension order, on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to point out that subsistence allowance should also be paid to the petitioner, in accordance with the relevant Rules.

3. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
