ORDER

The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 5027 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 376 r/w 417 of I.P.C and Sections 5(1) and 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act 2012 (in short, "the POCSO Act" r/w 506(i) of I.P.C, in Crime No.1 of 2021, while granting bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel for Government of Tamilnadu (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed in Crl.O.P.No.5027 of 2021 dated 22.03.2021 by this Court is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
