2. The case of the prosecution is that due to the previous enmity with regard to the parking of vehicle, the petitioners abused the defacto complainant in filthy language, assaulted and threatened of dire consequences.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police, while opposing the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, reiterated the prosecution case and on instructions, submitted that the petitioners have no bad antecedents and a counter case is pending against the defacto complainant in Cr. No.262 of 2025.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, the nature of allegations against the petitioners, the fact that there is a counter case, the petitioners have no bad antecedents and since the custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not required for the purpose of investigation, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners on certain conditions.

6. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Poonamallee on condition that the petitioners shall each execute a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- 3/6
