This petition is filed to declare the petitioners 1 and 2 / appellants 1 and 2, namely S.Ramachandran and S.Ramakrishnan as Majors in A.S.No.759 of 2019.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners 1 & 2 have produced their School Transfer Certificate to prove that they attained majority and he also produced a photocopy of the same.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent has no objection for ordering this petition.

4.In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the documents produced and the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent, this petition is ordered.
