ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent police to take appropriate legal steps as per Section https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

154 to 173 of Cr.P.C and other related provisions of law against the respondents 2 and 3 the accused persons concerned in respect of petitioner's complaint registered FIR in Crime No.27 of 2018 dated 13.11.2018 under Section 498-A IPC pending on the file of the 1st respondent police, by filing the complaint before a learned Judicial Magistrate, Coimbatore.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the first respondent police have registered FIR in Crime No.27 of 2018 on 18.11.2018, taken any steps to arrest the accused person and to file a charge sheet. Therefore, the petitioner has filed a present petition with the aforesaid prayer.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Mahila Court, Coimbatore, have not functioning during November 2008 and the presiding Judge has also transferred some other Court. The respondent police could not filed a charge sheet.

4.Heard both sides.

5.Considering the above submissions, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the first respondent police to conduct enquiry and file a final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
