This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner and her family members in the guise of enquiry in CSR.No.862 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that petition enquiry in CSR.No.862 of 2015 was conducted and closed on 23.08.2015.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner shall not be harassed in connection with the enquiry in CSR.No.862 of 2015. The respondent police is directed to serve the copy of the Closure Report to the petitioner.
