Coimbatore, the petitioner wife preferred the above Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions.

2.The reasons for seeking the transfer of the suit is no longer exist as the original officer has changed. It is seen that the suit is of the year 2019. Therefore, the learned IV Additional District Judge, Udumalpet, shall dispose of I.A.No.4 of 2024 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3.Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
