ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 379 and 430 of IPC r/w 21(5) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulations) Act, 1957 in Crime No.365 of 2020 seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had illegally transported one unit of sand in Bolero Pickup vehicle, without any permit or valid licence and it was seized by the respondent policel.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in an earlier occasion, while granting bail to the petitioner, this court, imposed one of the conditions on the petitioner in Paragraph No.5 of the order dated 22.07.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.10831 of 2020 in relation to the non-refundable deposit of Rs.15,,000/-, to the Bar Council of TamilNadu and Puducherry Advocates Relief Fund without prejudice to his rights and contentions before the trial court. has not been complied with by the petitioner.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner on his own volition agreed to deposit Rs.15,000/- before this court and that once the bail was granted by this court , second bail does not arise. However, the time granted by this Court in the Order passed in Crl.O.P.No.10831 of 2020 dated 22.07.2020 is extended by a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the purpose of complying with the order.

6. This Criminal original petition is disposed of with the above directions.
