The petitioner has filed this petition to quash the CC.No.43 of 2022, pending before the learned Special Metropolitan Magistrate II, Allikulam, Egmore, Chennai, having been taken cognizance for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 465, 468, 469, 471 r/w 120B of IPC.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the case in CC.No.43 of 2022, on the file of the Special Metropolitan Magistrate II, Allikulam, Egmore, Chennai, has been ended in acquittal and nothing survives in this petition.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
