Prayer:- This Criminal Appeal is filed under Section 378 of Cr.P.C., to set aside the Judgment dated 28.10.2015 made in C.A.Nos.49 and 50 of 2012 respectively, on the file of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpet, in C.C.Nos.12 and 1030 of 2011, respectively, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate - Fast Track Court, Alandur. For Petitioner : Mr.M.Kempraj For Respondents: Mr.S.Nambirajan COMMON JUDGEMENT Mr.M.Kempraj, learned counsel appearing for the appellant in both cases submits that the issue raised in these appeals has been settled between the parties and in view of the same he got instructions to withdraw. Accordingly, the learned counsel has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle, today, to that effect.
