The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the 1st working day of every month in Crl.M.P. No.4990 of 2020 in Crl.O.P. No.11234 of 2020.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel for Government of Tamilnadu (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court in in Crl.M.P. No.4990 of 2020 in Crl.O.P. No.11234 of 2020 dated 24.08.2020, is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every two months.
