ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The allegation of the petitioner that the fourth respondent has put up hut in S.No.509 belonging to the State Highways https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Department has been found to be correct and show cause notice is stated to have been issued under Section 28(2)(1) of the State Highways Act, 2001 on 3.7.2014. As to what transpired thereafter has not been set out.

2. In view of the notice having been issued, if the matter is not already disposed of, as looks probable, the fourth respondent may file a reply to the same, if not already filed, within 15 days from today and the notice will be disposed of in accordance with law within a maximum period of two months of the reply being given.

The petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2014 is closed.
