ORDER

This writ petition is filed has been filed for direction directing the second respondent to conduct enquiry as directed by the first respondent by the proceedings dated 29.12.2020

2. Since the second respondent did not conduct any enquiry, the petitioner filed this writ petition. While pending the writ petition, the second respondent issued summons to the petitioner dated 30.07.2021 for enquiry in the proceedings in Ref.Na.Ka.No.A3/2587/2019. 3. Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to issue fresh summons to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, and, after giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
