Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the No Objection Certificate No.C.No.G5/64/011981/2020 dated 26.03.2021 issued by the 1st respondent in favour of the 6th respondent and quash the same and consequently, to restrain the 6th and 7th respondents from setting up and operating the proposed road-side Petroleum Retail Outlet in Survey No.94/8-D, Kondappanaickenpatti Village, Salem District, on State Highway No.SH-188 in close proximity to the several residential and public buildings and in gross violation to the IRC Circular No.12-2009.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy in the manner known to law.
