The writ petitioner namely M.Radhakrishnan died intestate on 31.01.2023. Therefore, the present Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to bring the legal representatives of the deceased writ petitioner namely M.Radhakrishnan as petitioners 2 to 5 in W.P.No.2662 of 2016. In respect of the same, death certificate and legal heirs certificate have been annexed herein.

In view of the above, this miscellaneous petition is ordered as prayed for.
