This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they shall report before the respondent police for monthly once i.e., on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders in Crl.MP.No.674 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.24423 of 2022 by order dated 23.01.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and the investigation is not yet completed.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are totally relaxed. However, the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
