ORDER

This revision has been filed against the order dated 12.7.2013 passed by the Principal Sessions Judge at Chennai in Crl.MP.No.7953 of 2013.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the matter has been settled in between the parties. The learned counsel for the petitioner also filed an affidavit dated 05.10.2015 duly signed by the petitioner stating that the petitioner and the respondents have joined together and leading matrimonial life and she is not pressing the revision.
