J.,] Captioned 'Civil Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'CMP' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity] has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of certified copy of a Docket Order dated 04.04.2024 made in Arb.A.No.9 of 2024 on the file of Commercial Court (District Judge Cadre), Coimbatore. This 04.04.2024 order shall hereinafter be referred to as 'impugned order' for the sake of convenience.

2. Mr.K.Vasanthanayagan, learned counsel on record for petitioner submits that he applied for certified copy of impugned order in time, the same is awaited, however, a copy of the impugned order as uploaded in the official website has been made available i.e., hard copy downloaded from the official website. It was further submitted that impugned order pertains to a running business and in view of urgency captioned CMP has been taken out. Page Nos.1/3

3. This Court went into the official website and made sure that impugned order has been duly uploaded on the same day i.e., 04.04.2024 at 19.44 hours with digital signature of learned Judge.

4. In the light of the narrative thus far, dispense with prayer is acceded to. In other words, captioned CMP is ordered as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
