This Court went through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and documents relied upon by the petitioner and this Court is inclined to grant leave to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is allowed. 2.Registry is directed to number the recall petition and post it for hearing on 07.04.2025 at 2.15 p.m. In the meantime, the order passed in WP.No.8274 of 2025 dated 12.03.2025, is kept in abeyance and there shall be a direction to the Sub Registrar, Vellakovil SRO, Tiruppur District, not to entertain any documents presented for registration by the writ petitioner.
