The writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st to 3rd respondents to give adequate police protection to the life and property of the petitioner as and when required.

2. The petitioner seeks police protection to the life and property of the petitioner as and when required. Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
