[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to produce the petitioner's daughter viz., Gowri, aged 16 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the alleged detenue viz., Gowri, aged 16 years, was secured in Krishnagiri AWPS Crime No.6 of 2021 and was produced before the Additional Mahila Judge (Magisterial Level), Krishnagiri, on 17.08.2021 and thereafter, handed over to her parents.
