(Made by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) The petitioner is not represented by counsel. Today, when this matter was taken up, the petitioner was absent. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has submitted that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner has been complied with by the respondents and hence the matter in the writ petition has become infructuous.
