O R D E R
The wife in the matrimonial dispute has filed this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition seeking withdrawal of H.M.O.P.No.1009 of 2017, pending on the file of the II Additional Family Court, Chennai, and transfer the same to Subordinate Court, Salem.
2. The mediation report dated 11.04.2018 enclosing the Joint Memo of Compromise of even date entered into between the parties has been filed. The terms and conditions contained in the said memo are as follows :
"1. Both the parties herein are living together from 02.04.2018 at Padappai, Chennai.
2. The petitioner wife agrees to withdraw the maintenance case filed against her husband - respondent, which is pending before the Judicial Magistrate, Attur, Salem District, vide M.C.No.4 of 2017.

3. The respondent husband agrees to withdraw the Divorce proceedings vide O.P.No.1009 of 2017 pending before the II Additional Family Court, Chennai.
4. Both the parties herein agree to withdraw all the complaints (if any pending) before the All Women Police Station or other police stations in Chennai or in Salem District.
5. Both the parties agree that they will abide by the terms and conditions of Memo of Compromise and there shall not be any misunderstanding between the parties, taking into the welfare of the minor child and the parties herein respectively."
4. It is stated by both the counsels that as per the memo of compromise, the parties have withdrawn the proceedings, that were pending against each other.
5. The above Joint Memorandum of Compromise dated 11.04.2018 shall form part and parcel of this order.
6. Recording the same, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
