(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to extend the time fixed in Crl.O.P.No.30552 of 2018 dated 03.01.2019 for executing the bond and furnish sureties in Crime No.464 of 2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police, B1, Sivakanchi Police Station by two weeks.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the order has been granted on 03.01.2020 and the order copy was made ready only on 09.01.2020. The order says that if the order has not been complied with, this petition shall be automatically dismissed. 3. In view of the same, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a petition for anticipatory bail afresh.
