Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, direction thus taking into consideration of the Report of the Third respondent dated 25.07.2018 enquire into the illegal encroachment and putting up construction of the building by the second respondent in the land owned by the petitioner on perusal of all the documents relating to the ownership of the petitioner consequently direct the first respondent to demolish the illegal and unauthorized construction put up by the second respondent at No.153, Unmai Nagar, 1st Main Road, S.Kolathur, Chennai - 600 099.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R. MAHADEVAN, J.) Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition, with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy before the Competent Court by filing a Civil suit. He also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, liberty is granted and this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
