This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first and second respondents to provide necessary protection for the establishment of a 22KV high voltage power line from the solar power generation plant situated at Karumbali Kadu, Kumarapalayam Taluk, Elandakuttai Village, to the 110/22, 22KV Sinarpallayam Sub-station, passing through the following survey numbers: SF Nos. 319, 320/2, 321, 405, 406/2, 411, 412, 417/2, 418/4, 418/5,
418/6, along the road and stream-side.
2. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.
3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the fourth respondent is hereby directed to conduct an enquiry into the representation made by the petitioner dated 10.03.2025, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any, and dispose of the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
