Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 2nd respondent for the Assessment Year 2011-12 in PAN No.AAQPL8743H the impugned order and letter bearing No.Grievance/ITO-Ward-1 (2)/SLM/2018-19 dated 13.02.2019 on the files of the 2nd respondent and quash the same and direct the 2nd respondent not to recompute the refund due to the petitioner and pass such orders or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.
