Comp.A.No.112 of 2019 in CP.No.123 of 2016 M.SUNDAR.J., Mr.T.Ravichandran, learned counsel for applicant submits that the second respondent in captioned application is the Original Petitioning Creditor in the main Company Petition and he would give them up in this application. This is recorded and second respondent in captioned application, namely M/s.Alliance Container, stands deleted.

2. This leaves us with the Official Liquidator and Punjab National Bank as respondents in captioned application. To be noted, Punjab National Bank is the proposed party sought to be impleaded in Company Application No.76 of 2019.

3. Mr.Bavishetty Sridhar, learned Deputy Official Liquidator, representing the Official Liquidator attached to this Court and Mr.M.L.Ganesh, learned counsel for Punjab National Bank submit that they have no opposition or objection to this application on hand i.e., captioned application.

4. This Court on perusing the affidavit filed in support of instant application, is satisfied that prayer is innocuous and deserves to be acceded to.

5. In the light of the narrative thus for, instant application is allowed. No costs.
