ORDER

Mr.B.Vivekavanan, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to issue a no objection certificate for transferring the patta to her https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

property at Plot No.29 Sesi Avenue East Kalapatty Villagem Coimbatore District comprised in S.Nos. 374 & 375 (Part).

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation dated 16.09.2015 and the reminder dated 04.02.2017, the 1st respondent has not issued the no objection certificate till today.

4. Mr.B.Vivekavanan, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submitted that the 1st t respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner' s representation and pass orders in accordance with law.

5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.09.2015 and the reminder dated 04.02.2017, and pass orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
