ASHA, J, These applications are filed to condone the delay of 145 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the respondent and to bring on record the respondents 2 and 3 who are the legal representatives of the deceased respondent as respondents 2 and 3 in the Second Appeal.
2.The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the petitions being ordered.
