This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case on a complaint given by the petitioner on 27.08.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the petitioner has sent a complaint to the Commissioner of Police by post. The petitioner is directed to go in person and hand over the complaint to the second respondent Police, who shall assign the complaint for enquiry to the Inspector of Police.
